Coffee Roasting Class

Go beyond the cup and learn how local coffee is roasted and brought to life. A fun, hands-on experience for coffee lovers looking to connect with El Salvador’s rich coffee culture.

In the class you’ll learn about the farming and cultivation basics to fully understand the elements that affect how coffee varieties differ from each other and how we use the roasting machine to bring out certain flavors. We’ll cover the basics of roasting including the phases of the roast and some general theories on developing coffee profiles.

Then we get hands-on: you get to control the roaster, make your own choices, and roast your own coffee! Everyone goes home with a 12oz bag of your own coffee! Duration: 2 hour class.
